New York Democrat Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez has called for President Donald Trump to be impeached after he decided to bomb the top nuclear facilities of Iran, blasting the move as “unconstitutional.”   Ocasio-Cortez argued that by striking the Iranian nuclear facilities ‘’without authorisation from lawmakers'' on Capitol Hill, the president breached the Constitution and Congressional War Powers.   “The President’s disastrous decision to bomb Iran without authorization is a grave violation of the Constitution and Congressional War Powers,” Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) declared not long after Trump announced the attack.   “He has impulsively risked launching a war that may ensnare us for generations. Nigeria Football Federation defends choice of hotel for Super Eagles in Morocco after viral

The Nigerian Football Federation has stepped in to calm the noise over the Super Eagles’ accommodation in Morocco, after fans kicked up dust over the state of the team’s hotel.   Football journalist Adepoju Tobi Samuel, quoting the Super Eagles’ media officer, explained what’s actually going on.   “The Super Eagles are camped at Rive Hotel. What trended earlier was the view of an old building that can be seen from a window. Rive was chosen because of its proximity to the team’s training facility and the stadium here in Rabat.”   That clarification came after Alex Iwobi posted clips showing the rough-looking surroundings near the players’ lodging, which immediately sparked reactions about whether the national team was being properly taken care of ahead of Thursday’s playoff showdown with Gabon.   Nigeria made it to the playoff round after finishing second behind South Africa in Group C.
