A Nigerian woman has gone viral online after boldly shooting her shot at a man she admired on the platform.

 

The woman identified as Sade, publicly expressed her interest, noting that she sees him as “a man of value” and would love the chance to get to know him better.

 

Shortly after her message gained attention, the man, named Tunde responded. He began by commending her courage and acknowledging that they had interacted a few times on the app. However, he politely declined her advances, explaining that he would not be able to pursue further conversations at the moment.

Army confirms rescue of 21 kidnapped passengers in Kogi

The Nigerian Army has confirmed the rescue of 21 passengers abducted along the Obajana–Oshokoshoko road in Lokoja Local Government Area of Kogi State. The Acting Assistant Director, Army Public Relations of the 12 Brigade, Lokoja, Lt. Hassan Abdullahi, confirmed the development on Saturday while responding to inquiries about the attack.   Suspected bandits had launched an assault on travellers along the busy Osokoko–Obajana highway, targeting several vehicles and abducting passengers after blocking the road at about 2:30pm. Eyewitnesses reported that a commercial 18-seater bus and multiple other vehicles ran into the barricade, after which the assailants “seized vehicles that ran into their barricade and forcefully abducted the passengers into the bush before security operatives arrived.”   Lt. A masked gunman disguised as a police officer shot and k!lled a Minnesota state representative and her husband and wounded a state senator and his wife in two back-to-back shootings on Saturday, June 14.
