EPL: Four managers being considered as Manchester United board meets over Carrick's future

Manchester United’s hierarchy are considering at least four managerial options to replace Michael Carrick.

Senior officials are scheduled to hold crisis talks on Monday to decide Carrick's future.

This follows the Red Devils' humiliating 3-0 defeat to Bournemouth in the Premier League on Sunday.

According to the UK Telegraph, Carrick is on the verge of being fired, with the club sitting only one point above the relegation zone.

Eddie Howe and Julian Nagelsmann are among the leading candidates to replace him.

Unai Emery and Fabian Hürzeler also have admirers within the club.

However, no final decision has been made yet.
